2021 Subaru Crosstrek Hybrid Prices Increase Slightly

If there’s one thing you can count on with new vehicles is that they almost always see price increases from year to year. Subaru has announced the price is going up for the 2021 Crosstrek Hybrid, but the good news is it’s only gone up to $200 compared to the previous year. The MSRP is now $35,345 for the sole trim level available.

Subaru does offer a single options package that adds $2500 to the base price and includes a moonroof, heated steering wheel, navigation system, and an eight-speaker sound system. For 2021, the crossover gets a new front fascia and upgraded suspension to improve the ride, handling, and steering response.

The Crosstrek Hybrid is a plug-in hybrid with two electric motors and a 2.0-liter Boxer engine. The vehicle also offers all-wheel drive and uses a Lineartronic CVT. It offers an impressive 90 MPGe and can drive 17 miles on electricity alone. The MSRP doesn’t include the destination handling fee, which is $1050 in most states, except Alaska, where it’s $1200.
