I’ll go on record and say that the greatest car I’ve ever driven was the Ferrari 458 Italia. Between its monstrous power, incredible looks, and seat-of-your pants handling, I’ve never wanted a car quite as much. Now that its successor, the 488 GTB has hit, I’ve got it keenly in my sights.
And while it might be some time before I get a chance to take a 488 GTB for a spin, the folks at Ferrari have been kind enough to share some footage of this beautiful red beast as it tears up its home track at Fiorano in Italy. Never have 670 turbocharged ponies looked or sounded so good.
Oh, and here’s some bonus footage of actor Keanu Reeves as he takes this amazing car out for a ride. You know he’s saying “Whoa” as it goes into the corners:
