We already know what the Ferrari 488 GTB will look like. In fact, you can hop over to the Ferrari site and build your dream car in the configurator right now. One thing we don’t know is what that turbo engine will sound like.
A video has turned up that answers that question, and the answer is that the car sounds really, really good. I’m not sure why the car is in camo in the video since it has been revealed. I can only assume the video was shot before the unveil and has just now surfaced.
The 3.9L turbo V8 sounds very much like the 458 Italia that has been cruising the streets for years now to my ears, though we only get to hear it driving at very low speeds. I can’t wait to see what sort of performance numbers the 488 GTB puts down, and what it sounds like at full throttle.
