By the end of this year, Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCA) will be offering paid-for degrees from Strayer University to dealership employees, which is really cool. Yes, it’s a for-profit university, and those can get shady, but most of the shade is regarding financial practices, and the dealership employees aren’t involved with that part of the business. Props to FCA for making the world a better place, and helping people who want to do more get a leg up.
