With the all-new Mazda MX-5 orders underway and cars rolling off the assembly line, a new advertising campaign with a new slogan has surfaced. Mazda appears to be ditching their long running Zoom-Zoom campaign for a new one with the slogan Driving Matters.
I really like Zoom-Zoom better. Zoom-Zoom is fun; Driving Matters is my dad buying a roadster to celebrate his Medicare going into effect. Zoom-Zoom isn’t extinct, mind you.
You can still find that slogan in some places. Check out the first Driving Matters commercial for the 2016 MX-5 and see what you think. I still want a Club Sport MX-5 with all the go fast bits pretty bad.
