This might look like a disembodied pontoon fender from a sporty 1930’s roadster, but it’s actually a brand new BMW motorcycle concept by Mehmet Doruk Erdem. Erdem is a digital artist and designer who clearly likes imagining futuristic products (especially bikes) with a splash of retro.

I think the Apollo Streamliner looks fantastic, even if it would have the turning radius of a mega-yacht. Just picture it kicking ass in drag races and inspiring sex toy designers to new heights (pun totally intended). I’d love to see a slightly modified version that would keep some of the same feeling but be a bit more functional hit the streets in real life.
