The KERS for the 2016 R18 has also been changed from a flywheel system to a lithium-ion battery, and has been upgraded to the 6MJ class from the 4MJ class. The focus was on authenticity; an experience rather than simply another commodity conveyance. Just as CX-9 did nine years ago when it debuted, the second-generation redefines expectations, aiming for no other target than to be uncompromising in any aspect a family may need or an individual may desire.

As the class leader in aerodynamics, Mercedes-Benz’ latest flagship sets a new benchmark with an optimized exterior that effortlessly carves through the wind. With just a touch of a button, AIRCAP technology reduces turbulence to maintain an incredibly draft-free drive. The 5.5-litre V8 biturbo engine under the hood of the S 63 4MATIC Cabriolet delivers 577 horsepower and a peak torque of 664 lb-ft. A 0-100 time of 3.9 seconds is proof that acceleration does not need to be sacrificed for style.

2017 Mercedes-AMG SL 63
The Mercedes-Benz SL is the top performer in the widest variety of disciplines: an elegant roadster for relaxed, comfortable cruising or a dynamic coupe for a sporty and spirited drive.   The Mercedes-AMG SL 63 scores on all levels with an all-aluminum body set against a powerful AMG 5.5-litre V8 biturbo engine with 577 hp. The front-end features a completely new design, with a radiator grille that broadens out towards the bottom and the A-wing front spoiler. The stylish light signature and the highly comprehensive scope of standard equipment and appointments complement the high-performance roadster’s self-assured character.

2017 Mercedes-AMG SLC 43
The SLK now goes by the name SLC and has been significantly optimized in terms of technology and looks just in time for its 20th birthday. The Mercedes-AMG SLC 43 succeeds the SLK 55 AMG as the new top model in its class. With its long hood and passenger compartment repositioned to the rear, the Mercedes-AMG SLC 43 shows characteristic race car attributes. The silhouette continues the sporty styling with details like air inlets with fins in silver chrome. The interior shows the same stylistic continuity as the exterior. Every detail conveys functionality, aesthetics and enjoyment.

Mercedes-Benz S 550e Sedan
Ground breaking innovation, peerless comfort and dynamic performance are just a few of the hallmarks of the S-Class. With a complete suite of the most advanced safety and driver assistance technologies on the planet, the new Mercedes-Benz S 550e plug-in hybrid Sedan will impress with its exceptional dynamism and efficiency. The S 550e offers a system output of 436 hp and 479 lb-ft. torque and sprints from 0 to 100 km/h in just 5.2 seconds. Key elements of this impressive output are the V6 biturbo and the intelligent hybrid drive. The rear-axle steering available as an option for the Carrera models for the first time further extends the range of driving dynamics.

Volkswagen

2016 Volkswagen Beetle Dune
