By Joseph Szczesny Engine maker Cummins Inc. and truck maker Navistar International Corp. are partnering up to accelerate the development of hydrogen fuel cell-powered big rigs, formally described as Class 8 trucks. The companies will get $7 million from the Department of Energy to help fund the project, reports TheDetroitBureau.com.
