Ford Motor Co. will invest $1.2 billion in three Michigan facilities, the automaker announced Tuesday. The projects will retain or add thousands a jobs – a fact highlighted in a tweet by Pres. Trump – though, as TheDetroitBureau.com reports, the plans were in the works as far back as 2015.
