A May 2016 fatal Florida crash that killed a former Navy Seal operating his Tesla Model S in Autopilot mode could have been prevented if the driver had responded to warnings to put his hands back on the wheel, according to a report by the NTSB. The safety agency appears to be giving a largely clean bill of health to Tesla, according to TheDetroitBureau.com.
