Already under fire for failing to catch a series of deadly defects – including a GM ignition switch blamed for over 100 deaths – NHTSA may have missed yet another fatal flaw. The agency is now investigating a semi-truck trailer hitch linked to a deadly Ohio crash — and used on 6,000 trucks rolling on US roadways.
