Uber, Lyft Lose in Court in California Again

By Michael Strong Just days after a California judge ruled in favor of a state law that would force Uber and Lyft to classify their drivers as employees and not independent contracts, the same judge declined to extend the deadline to appeal the preliminary injunction staying the start of the law, reports TheDetroitBureau.com.
