I’ve been looking for a car with more room inside than my wife’s tiny Nissan Juke. With a company car, I don’t have my own car anymore, and on the weekends we use that Juke with a backseat that’s like a cruel joke. We need more room, and while I’d like a Wrangler Unlimited, my head says the new Chrysler Pacifica would be ideal. Yes, it’s a minivan, but it’s a very good minivan.
Chrysler has unveiled a sixth trim in the 2017 Pacifica line called “Touring Plus,” and it adds a premium fascia, power liftgate, three-zone automatic temperature control, upgraded lighting and a lot more. If you buy the touring Plus with 18-inch wheels, you also get a free overhead DVD player.
The Touring Plus starts at $32,369(USD) plus a $1,095 destination charge. The Touring Plus trim is available now and sits in the middle of the range.
