Chevrolet is showing off a new special edition Corvette model that will be limited to only 650 units globally. The Corvette Carbon 65 Edition is based on the 2018 Grand Sport 3LT and Z06 3LZ models, and will get lots of cool carbon fiber bits.
These limited edition cars will be ceramic matrix gray on the outside, and will get carbon fiber ground effects, a carbon fiber hood section, and a carbon fiber roof for coupe models, or carbon fiber tonneau inserts for convertibles. There are special carbon-badged black wheels, and cool blue brake calipers too. The convertible gets a matching blue fabric roof.
All versions get a carbon fiber rear spoiler, carbon logos on the wheels, special fender stripes and door graphics. The interior is black suede with blue stitching, with competition sport seats, and a carbon fiber-rimmed steering wheel. The Carbon 65 Edition package adds $15,000 to the price of the Grand Sport 3LT and Z06 3LZ.
