Jay Leno’s Garage recently featured the Davis Divan, one of the aberrations of the post-World War II automotive boom. This particular unit of the three-wheeled hardtop has a 47hp Hercules engine and is currently in the hands of the Petersen Automotive Museum, which is trying to restore the car.
I gotta say its proto-Space Age flatiron look kinda grows on you. I imagine the people who owned it remembered it fondly on their way to the hospital, shortly after the car inevitably tipped over.
