The ExoMod D69 Is a Challenger Hellcat Redeye That Looks Like a 1969 Dodge Charger Daytona

Rocking a pointy front end and a massive rear spoiler, the 1969 Dodge Charger Daytona is one of the all-time great muscle cars. While the original had a 425 horsepower V8 Magnum engine, that’s not as robust as a Hellcat. To fix that problem, ExoMod created a modern version of the Charger Daytona, built atop a brand new Dodge Challenger Hellcat Redeye.

The ExoMod D69 Carbon Daytona has a custom-fabricated carbon fiber body and incorporates the classic Daytona’s iconic nose cone, spoiler, and fender scoops. Under the hood, it has a factory-issued 6.2-liter supercharged V8 that cranks out 807 horsepower and 707 lb-ft. of torque, sending power to its rear wheels via an 8-speed TorqueFlite transmission. Also standard on the car is the SRT Power Chiller and SRT competition suspension.

It’s got visible carbon fiber on the wing, tail panel, rocker panels, and rear diffuser, while the rest of this car is coated with Firenze Red Pearl paint. ExoMod also outfitted the Carbon Daytona with a custom active exhaust system, Forgeline DE3C wheels in dark satin bronze, and sequential LED taillights from DigiTails.

Inside, the car retains the modern Challenger dashboard and switchgear, with the addition of custom two-tone Italian leather seats and even more visible carbon fiber on the door jambs.

It took ExoMod over 2,000 hours to build this very special car, so it’s no wonder it has a $395,000 price tag. For that money, you get the complete car, along with the factory 5-year/60,000-mile powertrain warranty. Like what you see here?
