Study Sees California Hitting 1.5 Mil ZEV Target by 2025

Despite a slow start, California should be able to hit its ambitious goal of putting 1.5 million zero-emissions vehicles, or ZEVs, on the road by 2025, according to a new study. And it predicts that by 2040, EVs will be “as ubiquitous as smartphones.” TheDetroitBureau.com has more.
